QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to travel for work in Missoula and neighboring counties.
Company vehicle and tools of the trade are provided. Must have a clean driving record. Will not carry weapon. Must have or be able to obtain a process server registration. Pursuant to MCA 25-1-1102, must meet requirements: a US citizen, a Montana resident for at least one year immediately preceding making application, and no felony convictions.
The Process Server application requires a FBI and Montana Department of Justice criminal fingerprint background check. Company assists applicant to complete the application and pays all the fees required.
Applicant must provide work history, as well as be organized and able to work independently, levelheaded, practical, comfortable with approaching others and able to communicate well with others. Must have computer skills including Windows 10. Must have the ability to move freely and communicate effectively orally and in writing. Must be able to lift 20 lbs without difficulty.
DUTIES: Travel to homes and businesses to serve papers as directed by company; daily travel throughout Missoula County with occasional travel to Mineral, Lake, Sanders, Ravalli, and Granite Counties.
Schedule: will include days and evenings. Shifts are 8-10 hours/4-5 days a week.
WAGE: starting at $19.00 an hour, depends on experience
