Licensed Practical Nurse Job at Keystone Community Resources
The Beacon – Keystone Community is looking for hard working, dependable, compassionate and motivated individuals to give of themselves to help enrich the lives of our residents. Our LPNs work to ensure all electronic health records are up to date and in compliance with our licensing bodies among other administrative duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Management of Overall Electronic Health Record
- Complete Health Assessments
- Monitor Medical Appointments to Ensure Compliance
- Staff Training
- Coordination of Patient Care
Requirements:
- Active LPN License in PA and/or NJ
- Driver's License
- Experience in the ID/Autism Field Preferred
Work Environment:
- Office and/or Group Home setting
Salary
- $30/Hour
Job Type
- Per Diem - 16 Hours/Week
Training
- We offer a comprehensive paid two week training/orientation followed by department-specific training and onboarding.
