Rose Linn Care Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN looking to make a positive impact in the lives of others. We are a privately owned, locally managed nursing home located in West Linn, Oregon.
OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be assisting in the delivery of nursing services to residents, charting using precision and timeliness, and collaborating with a team of healthcare providers to best serve RLCC residents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Unencumbered license as an LPN in Oregon state.
- Experience working in a senior living facility.
- Demonstrated knowledge of nursing processes, particularly as it relates to geriatric, long-term care, and dementia residents.
JOB DUTIES:
- Employ the basics: strong organization, written communication, time management.
- Actively evaluate and identify evolving health needs of our residents via resident assessments.
- Ensure a safe and effective medication administration system with our Med Techs.
- Assist with teaching and training all unlicensed staff, build a team you are proud of!
