Licensed Practical Nurse - Northampton Family Medicine

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing and assisting in direct and indirect care to patients, families, and significant others of Cooley Dickinson Medical Group. Utilizing the nursing process, the LPN delivers nursing care, including specific treatments and medication administration under the direction of the physician or advanced practice clinician.
This position reports to the Practice Manager with clinical oversight by Nurse Director of Emergency and Ambulatory Services. Operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program required
- Current Massachusetts licensure as an LPN required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required
- One (1) to three (3) years experience as an LPN required; physician office experience preferred
- Demonstrated clinical, interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required
