Psychotherapist Opening(s)

We are excited to be expanding our psychotherapy services and are seeking to hire multiple master's level psychotherapists who will serve a variety of clientele in our system. We recently renovated our Norwich location so we can support the provision of state of the art face-to-face and telehealth services for clients throughout the state of Connecticut. Our new space is nestled on 1.5 acres of land with easy access to the highway, a warm, inviting interior, and lots of light!

Over the past 30 years, we have cultivated strong relationships with a wide range of referral sources in the surrounding communities. These referrals rely on us to provide comprehensive mental health services for their clients. In addition to providing psychotherapy services, we offer psychological and neuropsychological testing. Needless to say, there is no shortage of referrals!

We are recruiting masters level psychotherapists who are licensed or license-eligible for independent practice in the state of Connecticut.

Our providers receive a competitive compensation package that includes health insurance, coverage of annual license fees, a yearly professional spending budget, and a company funded retirement account. Our income structure is set up to maximize opportunity for growth.
