- 8YR MALE WITH TRACH & GTUBE
- 11YR MALE WITH VENT, TRACH, GTUBE
SCHEDULE VARIES, 40HRS/WEEK (MORNING & OVERNIGHT SCHEDULE)
**NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, WILLING TO TRAIN**
Duties include but are not limited to:
Perform duties consistent with the Vocational Nursing Act
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, evaluate, plan and implement patient care.
Assess signs and symptoms of changes in patient conditions
Administering medications/feeding, G-tube & Tracheostomy Care
Requirements:
Must have a current LVN license with experience
Must have current Physical, PPD or Chest X-Ray,
Must have current CPR, Driver's license, Auto Insurance
Willing to work Shift care in LANCASTER
Pediatric experience is an added advantage

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
