Compensation: Commission income

$100,000+ at plan commission

• Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims
• Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible
• Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies
• Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping

• Grow new business leveraging warm leads from a robust marketing platform. Consistent high-intent leads generated on a daily basis, asking for an agent to call them about a specific life insurance product.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued
• Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred
• Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus

• Must be willing to obtain a life insurance producer's license if you do not have one.
