Light Weight Assembly Job at OnStaff USA
This company is a Kalamazoo based manufacturer of fluid control components targeting the medical device, instrumentation, automation, transportation and material handling markets.
We currently have 1st shift openings available in a climate-controlled work environment. You will be responsible for assembling very small parts quickly and accurately. These roles are all temp to hire that offer amazing benefits. If you are looking to get into a family owned business with a great culture this company is for you! These positions are full time 40 hours per week with a great company and a clean facility. The factory is CLIMATE CONTROLLED so during the summer it stays a cool 72 degrees.
Assembly Shift: 1st Shift - 6am-4pm Monday – Thursday 2nd Shift 4pm-2am Mon-TR

Pay: $16/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities of the Assembly Position:
- Use of proper tools and techniques.
- Adherence to the company's standard work processes and procedures.
- Achieve production rate requirements based on training and length of service.
- Complete work orders as assigned in compliance with standard work procedures.
Requirements of the Assembly Position:
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
- Keen eye and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow standard work procedures and specifics movement patterns.
- HS DIPLOMA
