Middle Road Inn is a local restaurant in Glenshaw, PA. We are a fast-paced, creative, collaborative restaurant and our goal is to to provide our guests a place to gather while enjoying quality food and drinks in a casual family friendly environment.

Line Cook needed for Middle Road Inn. We are looking to fill full and part time positions at our growing restaurant. All experience levels are considered.
Kitchen hours of operation:
- Monday - Saturday 3pm-10pm
- Sunday - 9am-3pm
- Closed Sunday evenings
Duties include:
- stocking and setting up the kitchen stations for dinner service.
- Prepping line station for dinner service for main dishes, salads, sides and appetizers Working with servers to ensure customers orders are prepared to specifications.
- Maintaining and cleaning work station at the of shift.
- Ensuring that the kitchen follows food safety procedures and regulations.

Experience:

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
