We are in search for the perfect Line Cook who knows what it takes to bring our culture to life. The ideal candidate should be a seasoned pro in all things Kitchen. They must thrive in a fast paced and unconventional work environment and possess an eye for detail that promised to maintain and uphold our mission to be the best.

- People describe you as KIND!

- You must be organized

- You have the skills to prepares food items

- You are on top of the cleanliness and organization of kitchen, prep kitchen, dishwashing area and pastry kitchen to comply with the standards of the Health Department

- You are Professional and courteous

- You are a team player, willing to complete tasks that are outside of the usual "Line Cook" duties

- Strong communication skills

Gotthe “Chops”?

- You must be Kind! (Yes, we mentioned it above, but that’s really a must)

- 1+ year of Restaurant Experience, preferably fine dining.

- You are a team player who is willing and able to work in an unconventional fast-paced environment with varying shifts which may include weekends, holidays, and evenings

- You thrive on attention to detail

- You can multitask, prioritize, and organize

- You have a Riverside County Food Handlers Certification

Pay: STARTING $18-$24/HR B.O.E
