• Immediate Hire Line Cook - 2 positions open
• 25-40 hours per week
• Part-time/Full-Time
• 1 yrs exp preferred, will train the right person

Responsibilities Line Cook

• We spend half our life at work lets have fun doing it!
• Create in a fast-paced environment
• Learn la carte and private event food production
• Maintains clean and safe work environment
• Assists the Executive Chef and train to become our next Sous Chef’s
• Work closely with fellow teammates to keep our kitchens clean and safe
• Do you love to create new meals and desserts? Take part in new menu creation and testing
• Learn multiple stations including Salads, Appetizers,Grill, Prep and Main
• Continually avoids waste and respect for company property
• Be happy working behind the line no matter if you cooking burgers or crab crabs
• Works efficiently within scheduled hours
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, organize storage areas, take trash out
• Represent The Greathouse at the Farm in a professional manner at all times
• Perform other tasks as assigned

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least one year of experience in a fast-casual restaurant, preferred
• Be able to work the shifts available, be prompt on your scheduled day
• A team-player mentality
• Someone who can bring the fun to work and keep it cool when business is booming
• The desire to drive Guest Satisfaction by going above and beyond the call of duty
• The ability to multi-task and identify opportunities to stay busy during down time
• Must have excellent attendance
• Profanity , rude, or unacceptable comments will not be tolerated
• Someone who wants to and is willing to learn and grow
• Drug free environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
