Line Cooks Day and Night Job at Silver Gulch Brewing
We are looking to build a great team dedicated to giving our guests great food and a great experience.
Pay rate is 18.00 and hour (after 30 days). We offer approved overtime pay, Medical with co-pay, Retirement Savings account with company contribution and opportunities for advancement.
Job Duties to include but not limited to:
- Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
- Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods
- Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
- Handle and store ingredients and food
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils
- Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment, prep necessary line items.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
- Monitor station inventory levels
- Accommodate guests’ special requests
- Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers
