What will you do as a Little Caesars Crew Member at our Frankenmuth location? Well, make pizzas of course! But more importantly, you will ensure our customers have an exceptional customer experience from the moment they place an order to that very moment when they take their first bite of a Little Caesars pizza.
We consider our crew members to be multi-talented. As a crew member, you will do everything from playing chef (and no, you do not need to know how to throw pizza dough in the air!), answering phones, greeting and cashing out customers, and helping to keep the store clean and tidy.
Working in fast food isn’t for everyone, so there are a couple of key attributes we are looking for: you stay calm under pressure, have a positive mindset, have a keen eye for following company procedures, take safety protocols seriously, and of course, love pizza!
