We are looking for a full time Loading Dock Coordinator to join our team! We have properties in Marina del Rey and throughout Los Angeles County.
Want to know what you will be doing?
- Requirements:
- Administer the daily functions of the Loading Dock in an efficient and effective manner.
- Control all vehicular and pedestrian traffic passing through the rear of the property.
- Orchestrates the move ins and move outs. Maintain the Standard Operating Procedures including, but not limited to: Move in /out procedures; Contractor Registrations; Architectural Approval Verification; Loading Dock Rules and Regulations.
- To act as a liaison between the Department Supervisors/Management Team and Homeowners while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
- Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- At least 6 months of customer service experience. Hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience is preferred
- Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired
- Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
- Upbeat and positive team player attitude
- Strong judgment and solutions-oriented
- Proactive customer service approach
Salary: $22 per hour + full benefit package
Schedule: Will depend on business needs, but you will get two consecutive days off.
