Logistics Coordinator Job at BHL Company, LLC
BHL Company, LLC is seeking to fill a full-time position as a Logistics Coordinator. This position is for someone who is self-motivated to assist in our dispatch office. As the Logistics Coordinator you will schedule inbound and outbound work.
Responsibilities
· Will report directly to the Logistic Manager
· Establish and maintain effective communication with customers
· Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
· Answer phone calls, manage emails and plan transportation requests
· Close orders and process paperwork to assist with billing
· Monitor deliveries, timelines, and productivity
· Promptly address and resolve all issues with our customers
· Assess job priorities and assign drivers to appropriate job sites
· Willingness to learn and become a team player
· Perform other duties as necessary to support the business
Skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Works well independently and in a team setting
· Excellent time management skills
· Knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Must be able to multitask
· Problem solving and out of the box thinking
