PERI is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator, to join the PERI family! The Logistics Coordinator (LGCOR) makes valuable contributions to PERI by being the liaison between Logistics and Customer Service departments. The LGCOR works closely with the Customer Service and the Logistics team to execute the incoming and outgoing orders with accuracy and efficiency, resulting in the proper billing of orders and reconciliation of revenue.

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Effectively convey information and communicate with Customer Service Departments on all aspects of the customer order
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in PERI’s inventory management and order fulfilment software
  • Professionally support logistics and customer services in operations related topics
  • Produce material lists for yard personnel to prepare for shipment
  • Produce return document packages for yard personnel to prepare for returns
  • Properly file all job shipping and return documents
  • Catalog pictures and other relevant documents
  • Book trucks through PERI’s transportation management software
  • Liaise and communicate with truck carriers and brokers
  • Schedule shipping trucks for pick up and drop off in the internal slot management system
  • Participate in PERI’s inventory taking data entry
  • Support logistics in PSD related tasks (ex. Consumption, modification, repair bookings etc.)
  • Ensure an accurate and timely processing of customer orders and PSD related activities
  • Responsible for office management (paperwork, filing etc.) and front desk management (trucker & guest receipt)

Additional Requirements:

  • Associate degree (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience processing sales orders and/or material requests
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application and computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to utilizing new technology/software

At PER Formwork Systems, Inc., base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The hourly pay rate range for this role is between $21.50 and $27.50. Hourly rate will depend on an individual’s skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for overtime. Employees may receive “other” compensation including annual salary increases, annual bonuses, short- and long- term incentives, and program-specific awards. Employees have access to healthcare benefits (employee and family coverage), a 401(K) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, paid time off, among others.
