Full-time LOGISTICS SPECIALIST - Computer literate with experience and/or ability to use tracking software, Smart Draw, and other applications. Ability to type 30 w.p.m. One year vehicle maintenance and administrative experience.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE 1 year of LOGISTICS experience
• At least 25 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Responsible for tracking vehicle repairs, maintenance, and registration in Dude Solutions. This includes keeping an updated inventory in Dude Solutions of all company vehicles.
• Ensure all vehicles are up to date on required maintenance including being able to complete light vehicle maintenance.
• Create vehicle cleaning schedule and perform cleaning or arrange for vehicles to be cleaned. Schedule in Dude Solutions.
• Submit weekly tracking report of vehicle use per GPS software.
• Monitor monthly vehicle inspections and arrange for repairs and maintenance.
• Search for vehicles and ramps for sale, informing Agency President and contacting sellers if appropriate.
• Coordinate vehicles for field trips including driving vans, if needed.
• Ensure offices have vehicles for use when needed.
• Attend Safety Committee meetings.
• Assist with moving furniture for office and consumers.
• Assist with monitoring maintenance and repairs at ACHCM facilities including day programs, offices, and group homes using Dude Solutions.
• Assist with creating floorplans for ACHCM facilities using Smart Draw
• Maintaining a pleasant and supportive attitude while in the office.
• Answering telephones, transferring calls, directing voice mails, and taking messages; placing or returning phone calls at the request of office staff; maintaining consumer and employee confidentiality by not giving information out by phone; always using professional phone etiquette
• Assist with corporate vehicle training.
• Any other duties assigned by the Agency President, Operations Director or Environmental Safety Director.
