Requirements for the Travel LPN (Home Health):
- Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB)
- Active LPN/LVN license
- Active BLS or ACLS
- At least one year Home Health experience
- 32 guaranteed hour work weeks
- Must be flexible to float to nearby home facilities
- $1842 gross weekly pay to include a $1162 non-taxed travel stipend
- Up to $500 travel reimbursement paid out first check!
