Our Shift Schedule – 8 Hour shifts – Every other weekend

• 1st Shift 6am to 2:30pm
• 2nd Shift 2pm to 10:30pm
• 3rd Shift 10pm to 6:30am

• $3.00 shift differential for pm and night shift.

You will be responsible for assisting our residents with their daily routines, responding to resident needs with care and compassion.

As a part of our care team, you’ll bring your strong customer service and interpersonal skills to interact with our residents, families, physicians and other members of our multidisciplinary team. You must also possess the ability to pass medication and provide technical nursing care, recognize significant signs and symptoms of disease; demonstrate mastery of nursing procedures.

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Valid Illinois LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR certificate a plus
• Must have excellent patient care and customer service skills
• All candidates must have excellent written/verbal communication, documentation, and computer skills

Candidates will also have the ability to:

• Lift and move up to 25 pounds
• Push/pull 30 pounds of force required to move medication carts and to transport residents in wheelchairs up and down the halls and handicap accessible ramps
• Stand, walk, stoop, or kneel, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk to and hear residents, family members and others.
