Responsibilities
CHI LakeWood Health is hiring a LPN! We are looking for a responsible and compassionate LPN to work in our Long Term Care. The ideal candidate has a calling to care for others, this person will be responsible for the care of our residents and it's integral to provide them the care they deserve by displaying a caring attitude. This person will work independently with minimal supervision. It is also important to display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively educate patients and their families on the Long Term Care process.
As a LPN, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality patient care according to the specific orders. This will involve, utilizing your knowledge and skills to educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits.

Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- Current Licnesned Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Minnesota.
- Current Basic Life Suppoort (BLS).
Preferred:
- One (1) year of experience.
