As an LPN at this facility, you will be responsible for providing basic nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, including administering medication, performing wound care, and educating patients and families about their health conditions.

To qualify for this opportunity, you'll need to provide:
- I-9 Documentation
- Valid work authorization
- Two Written Letters of Recommendation
- NYS Nursing License & Registration
- Valid CPR Certification (American Heart Association is a plus)
- MMR Titer Results
- Valid TB Test
- Valid Physical
Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Administer Medications
- Wound Care
- Keep comprehensive medical records of all patient interactions.
- Make sure all equipment is sterilized and maintain clean working environment.
- Educate participants about health management concepts using evidence-based guidelines.
