Job Summary
The Express Service Representative (ESR) is the primary contact between the Service Department and Express customers. Primary goals are to provide outstanding customer service while maximizing the sales of express services and related parts.
Reports to
The Express Service Representative generally reports directly to the Service Manager and shop foreman.
Salary: From $16.00 per hour

Essential Duties
- Sell Express services and related parts to customers
- Identify customer requests and quality vehicle for Express Service
- Conduct a vehicle walk-around
- Present multi-point inspection results to customers
- Recommend needed express services and related parts
- Conduct a detailed active delivery of each vehicle
- Provide outstanding customer service in accordance with dealership policies.
- Maintain current knowledge of Subaru vehicle service requirements, operations, warranties and campaigns, and Technical Service Bulletins.
- Maintain current knowledge of state and local laws and regulations related to automotive service and repair, including lemon laws.
- Write complete, accurate repair orders in accordance with dealership policies.
Skills and Knowledge

- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking ability
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of automotive repair working experience (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of customer service (Preferred)
