Primary Responsibilities:
Sets up, operates, and adjusts automated equipment such as palletizers, formers, labelers, conveyors, shrink film systems, etc.
Performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
Maintains continuous operation of the line equipment and prevents downtime by performing basic troubleshooting.
Verifies and identifies product conformance with quality specifications and standards.
Loads and feeds packing materials and supplies onto automated equipment.
Maintains a clean, safe and orderly work area.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED preferred.
Experience preferred in a distribution/manufacturing environment
Strong communication/interpersonal skills
Strong Leadership qualities
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Good judgment/problem-solving skills
