Come Grow With Us!We are building a BRAND NEW manufacturing plant in Hooksett, NH. Our new site will house state-of-the-art equipment to manufacture power cables for the U.S Navy. This is an exciting opportunity to join us as we begin installing and commissioning equipment and begin operations later in 2023.
We will be located at the old Legends Golf course at 18 Legends Drive, Hooksett, NH. We have decided the KEEP the batting cages, mini golf course, and driving range for ALL OF OUR EMPLOYEES TO USE!
Qualified candidates for this role are expected to have reliable transportation and be willing to begin training now at our Manchester, NH manufacturing facility in preparation for the opening of our Hooksett facility.

Adjust, calibrate and test equipment at the beginning of every shift to ensure proper pressure, speed, temperature and general operation.

Examine visually, weigh and measure components created from equipment at the end of the week to ensure machines are producing according to company and industry regulations and standards, making adjustments as needed.

Work with team members, shift supervisors and all necessary personnel to take care of complications as they arise.

Communicate with fellow team members to learn of any equipment problems or malfunctions, and take care of them as they come up.

Use regulated cleaning solutions, grease guns, oil cans, air hoses and cleaning cloths to properly maintain and clean equipment on a monthly basis.

Make repairs to equipment when necessary, and replace all defective, broken or worn out components.

At least 2 years of experience in a true manufacturing environment, this is much different than an assembly line or warehouse.

Able to lift at least 40 pounds

Able to read measurements and calculate basic math
