Overview:
Responsibilities:
Dedicated resource within the Store team, responsible for executing facility related programs in compliance with Corporate and regulatory guidelines and ensuring the stores cleaning and maintenance standards are consistently met. Responsible for interior and exterior maintenance, cleanliness and safety. Assess facility conditions and trends for proper planning of tasks and activities.
Responsibilities:
- Practice sound safetyknowledge & best practices for cleaning & maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized restrooms & maintenance closet.
- Clean restrooms, break room and store floors; general cleaning and trash removal as required.
- Maintain trash free outside area.
- General light maintenance as required.
- Use floor scrubber.
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with customers and co-workers (in-person and via electronic devices).
- Ability to move up to 20 pounds repetitively and 21-50 pounds intermittently.
- May be required to cross train and perform other duties.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- None.
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies & equipment.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Ability to access and use the in-store computer, scanning system, and wireless handheld unit.
