- Job Description
- Lead maintenance technicians (Rovers) and communicate company policies and procedures
- Dispatch Rovers properly with constant communication
- Monitor work order (tech request) progress, and communicate updates effectively
- Effectively communicate, maintain positive and encouraging relations with Rovers, Supervisors, Managers, Vendors, and Residents
- Keep tech request system, and all other communication tools updated
- Manage CPO’s for approval and create purchase orders, while reconciling receipts and invoices accordingly
- Provide effective customer service and leadership
- Prioritize, create, schedule, and maintain maintenance routes for optimal performance
- Address issues that arise and communicate changes to Rovers and Vendors quickly
- Proactively follow up with all work orders
Qualifications:
- Ability to interface with all levels of individuals, both internally and externally, in a professional and respectful manner
- Team player, with strong work ethic and hands-on experience
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision making: be proactive
- Strong time management skills and organizational skills
- Highly adaptable to various situations and business and urgent needs: flexibility
- Experience in the field is a definite plus
Job Type/Schedule/Pay Rate/Benefits:
Full Time
Schedule – 9am – 6pm
Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (DOE)
