Maintenance Mechanic – $3,500 Sign on Bonus!

About the position

Starting rate for this position is a minimum of $27.27/hour (based on standard overtime). This is a day shift 6 am – 4 pm OR 10 am – 8 pm, 4 to 5 days per week (Monday – Friday). Given the nature of this role, additional hours would occasionally be required such as during breakdowns. A $3,500 signing bonus is payable to external candidates after 4 months on the job.

Qualified Candidates Should Possess:

• Minimum of 5-7 years maintenance technician experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Machining/Welding/Fabrication experience (e.g. lathe, mill)
• Millwright experience
• Formal technical school training or college degree/certificate preferred
• Forklift, scissor lift & boom lift certified
• PLC programming experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and read electrical/mechanical schematics
• Hydraulic & pneumatic repair experience
• The job requires periodic heavy lifting (up to 70 lbs).

Custom Laminating is conveniently located near Stroudsburg (10 mi), Easton (21 mi), Nazareth (21 mi), and Hackettstown (22 mi).

Subject to applicable federal, state, and local law, this position requires that you be vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination.
