ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate with mechanics for parts and supplies
- Track all part inventory and work orders
- Process work orders electronically as job is completed by mechanics
- Assist in maintaining stock levels, receiving and checking in stock orders
- Coordinate with local vendors for emergency parts as needed
- Stocking shelves and maintaining a clean work environment
- Flexibility in scheduling for covering shifts or overtime as needed
- Assist terminal manager and/or parts manager as needed
- Must be able to pass Fit for Duty testing
- Knowledge of commercial auto parts preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills preferred
- Motivated to work, eager to learn required and willing to take direction required
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
