Salary: $60,000-$75,000 + 7-10.5% annual bonus

JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees, coordinating installations, repairs and maintenance, and assist production to ensure up times of equipment are done in a timelines manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Quality activities and operations to meet objective for quality, food safety, regulatory compliances, cost, safety and customer satisfaction
• Participate in formulating and administering division’s short and long range goals and objectives for business growth
• Responsible for working in a safe manner, supporting and adhering to all Safety policies, procedures and regulations.
• Responsible for working in a manner, adhering to all policies and procedures that support Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory requirements
• Directly supervise 8-15 employees
• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget
• Participate in coordination of projects
• Evaluates employee performance
• Measures performance throughout work shifts
• Training of new employees

Employment Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or
• 5-8 years of Experience in the Manufacturing Industry, Aseptic preferred
• Solid understanding of Technical aspects
