We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in apartment complex maintenance. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for staffing and providing performance feedback to maintenance staff. The Maintenance Supervisor will handle all aspects of negotiating with contractors and shopping for proposals. Customer service is a priority, and attention to detail are critical skills to ensure the satisfaction of the tenants.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates any delays in completing a work order with the management office.
- Troubleshoot repair and maintenance issues involving electrical, plumbing, A/C, HVAC, appliances and carpentry as needed.
- Stay current on all applicable building codes and safety standards.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ·
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance maintenance
- Customer service first attitude.
- Professional, courteous and friendly demeanor.
- Proactive self-starter and a team-player.
- Must have a clean driving record and personal, reliable transportation.
- Must be willing and able to be hands-on.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
