- Maintaining Premier's home office & two 24-hour residential homes in Grants Pass with basic preventative and ongoing maintenance tasks.
- Delivery, assembly and setup of office furniture.
- Maintaining Premier's 9 offices throughout Oregon for large maintenance projects (e.g. moving of offices).
- Assist in coordination and setup of new office locations throughout Oregon.
- Ability to travel to Premier's 9 offices throughout Oregon (25% of the year)
- Experience with basic maintenance duties such as painting, plumbing, flooring, assembling furniture, trash removal, etc.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Self starter, takes initiative, likes to work independently.
