Our partner client is currently seeking qualified Maintenance Technicians in the McElhattan area.

• Ability to use all measuring tools, micrometers, Vernier calipers, hand tools and power tools.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Repair all mechanical components of all equipment as required
• Troubleshoot and analyze mechanical and operational issues on all equipment and take required corrective action to resolve these issues
• Operate all machines so that maintenance, changeovers, and adjustments can be tested when complete
• Perform preventative maintenance and lubrication of all machines
• Perform changeovers on all equipment
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Perform preventative/predictive maintenance checks and inspections of assigned equipment and report findings promptly
• Complete paperwork correctly and submit in a timely fashion
• Adhere to all safety rules and utilize proper safety equipment at all times
• Performs other duties as necessary when directed to do so

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Completion of all required maintenance training and assessments
• Standard Mechanical knowledge of machinery, equipment, and components
• Standard knowledge of product specifications, quality specifications, goals, efficiency, scrap, and production
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Three years of industrial experience or equivalent required
• Technical or vocational school training relating to mechanics is preferred
