Maintenance Technician

Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and help us keep our factory and office in perfect working order. The role is for 2nd shift, 3pm-11:30pm.


As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining the physical structures and production equipment of our factory and office.


Your key responsibilities will include:

• Service facilities maintenance needs by executing work orders to assure the building is inviting and in perfect working order • Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance activities on production equipment • Service waste streams • Document maintenance activity in work order system • Problem-solve machine/facility breakdowns to support ongoing production uptime and facility function


To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (a Technical degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred). • At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role. • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. • Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tools and techniques. • The ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. • Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed. • A knowledge of safety protocols and standards.

Competitive base hourly rate + hourly shift differential

Eligibility for Quarterly bonus program totalling up $3000 per year
