Maintenance Technician Job at Spherion Staffing
DO YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL OR MECHANINCAL BACKGROUND AND A STABEL WORK HISTORY??
Requirements:
- Have the ability to install, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems from drawings, schematics and P&IDs.
- Voltages to 480VAC
- CNC maintenance background with Okuma or Mikron machines, a plus
- Advanced background in hydraulics, a plus
- Associates degree in a technical discipline or documented industry training
- Must be committed to safe work practices
- Must embrace and follow preventive and predictive maintenance practices
- Must embrace and follow a culture of continuous improvement
- Must be punctual and maintain an excellent attendance record
- Must be flexible to allow for minor schedule changes or to work overtime as needed Be a self-starter with a positive attitude
- Be open minded and willing to learn
- The Aerospace Industry demands a high quality of work mindset
Hours: 6am-4pm Sun-Wed for 2 months, then rotate to Wed-Sat for 2 months
Pay Rate: $25-$35/hour **Rate depends on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
