PAY: $21.46 per hour plus shift differential
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive on-the-job training in supporting technicians with a variety of maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild, replace mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on all plant equipment and facilities.
- Establish connections with others in the maintenance and manufacturing field.
- Use maintenance knowledge to increase productivity, decrease downtime and waste.
- Work with a sense of urgency to respond to machine downtime events.
- Must be able to follow all safety and company policies that include lock-out tag-out procedures.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Be passionate about maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Ability to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed, we will be flexible with your school schedule
- Must have own basic tools (PCA will provide specialized tool).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be actively working towards higher education in industrial maintenance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
