Responsibilities:Coastal Waste’s Management Development Program has been carefully designed to develop the future leaders of our company. Our intent is to hire the best employees and give them the tools and resources they need to succeed.
The Management Development Program will offer you the opportunity to gain valuable skills while performing meaningful work. The program consists of classroom and on-the-job training, cross-functional assignments and rotations, quality mentorship and first-hand interactions with Coastal Waste’s top executives. The program is designed to give participants exposure to all lines of business across multiple locations as well as corporate departments (sales, customer service, accounting/ finance, and HR). Participants will gain a better understanding of the big picture while also learning the skills and tools needed to successfully step into an operations management role.
Qualifications:We are currently looking for hard working, innovative people that share the Coastal Waste values of safety, integrity, and customer service. Qualified candidates will have:
- Bachelor's Degree completed between May 2022 and June 2023
- Willingness to relocate and travel according to business needs
- Involvement in extracurricular activities on campus (athletics, clubs, etc.) or in the community
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
