We are searching for a Manager - Environmental Services (Housekeeping) at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA and Tobey Hospital in Wareham, MA

Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise assigned departmental personnel and activities, as well as prepare employee performance evaluations for review and approval by the Director.
• They will ensure that all assigned personnel are properly oriented and trained to the Environmental Services procedures, policies, equipment, materials, etc.
• They will make recommendations regarding assigned employee hiring, merit increases, promotions, separation, discipline, and other similar personnel action recommendations.
• Duties require direct supervisory responsibility for all assigned personnel and activities.

Hours: 7:00am-5:00pm

Shift: Weekends/Holidays

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• Associate's degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Five (5) years of Environmental Services or Transport experience required; three (3) years experience in a hospital setting preferred.
