Provide assistance through leadership and motivation to the individual site’s Quality Council team members by mentoring, coaching and training others in maximizing data interpretability.

Responsible for understanding site scorecards and for teaching the calculation and proper use of statistical tools for the analysis and reporting of various Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). Work directly with site leadership teams to ensure facilities are capable of measuring, visualizing, analyzing, improving and reporting KPI’s efficiently to Global Quality Management.

Further deploy effective standard work practices across all Viatris facilities based on learning’s of Quality Council and share/re-apply the proven methods to other Viatris facilities as appropriate.

Accountable for Quality Council, FDA Metric Reporting, and other Global Quality Compliance project timelines and deliverables. This includes the early identification and escalation of potential bottlenecks and recommended contingency plans as applicable.

Prepare Quality leadership level presentations of the Quality Council data trends and details.

Actively manage the Steering Committee agenda, roster, and meeting content. Prepare and deliver global Quality Council metric presentations to the site Quality Council leads.

Support the development and implementation of Global metrics analytics tool.

Stay current with industry standards and interpretations of key regulations.

Domestic and international travel required (approximately 10% of the time).
Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and minimum of 6 years of experience with 2 years of relevant pharmaceutical compliance/quality experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

- Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be articulate in both written and oral communications including diplomatic discussion with business partners. Must be able to review, interpret, and analyze data and must have the ability to utilize statistical tools to develop graphs for trending and evaluation purposes. Must be adept at independent decision-making. Computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required.

- Minimum of 6 years of pharmaceutical/compliance/ quality experience required.

- Sedentary. Minimal handling of light materials and tools, lifting up to 10 lbs. May involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $77,000-$148,000.
