We are a small family business - Looking for a "working" Manager for our day to day business operations as well as experience in property preservation and general maintenance duties. Our Business Manager must have a great work ethic and a strong desire to be successful. We are looking for a person that is organized, dependable and is hands-on in getting work done. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, lawn care & landscaping, basic painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, basic vehicle maintenance, and general handyman type work. We expect quality work and personal pride to show in every job performed. You will be assigned daily task, drive company vehicles, and use company tools and equipment. You will work directly with the business owners in growing our team. Your job will also include interviewing, hiring and training all new employees.
