About the Hospital/Health System/Department:
- Progressive and growing 450+ bed trauma center and teaching hospital
- Position will manage a busy, growing 30+ bed ICU Stepdown Unit with a team of 65 FTE's including two Assistant Nurse Managers
- Reports directly to a collaborative and dynamic Director of Nursing

Manager ICU Stepdown (RN) Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- RN Active License State of Maryland
- At least two (2) years of nursing leadership experience in the acute care hospital setting (minimum Supervisor level managing a team)
- Proven track record in managing and mentoring teams, ensuring best practices and providing your team with the tools it needs to be successful
- Adaptive and engaged leadership style, and able to work collaboratively across all levels
