Manager, People Services (HR) - Grand View Lodge, Spa & Golf Resort Job at Grand View Lodge
Brand champion for our flagship property, this role drives our brand into all people service operations. The role primarily focuses on talent acquisition, onboarding, mentoring/assisting business leader and his/her department leaders in achieving revenue, expense, labor goals. Upholding overall company culture, mission and values. After establishing credibility at the property level, incumbent will partner with property’s department heads on all matters relating to people management in pursuit of property goals and business leaders’ vision. Position will assist with interpreting and implementing personnel policies, training and safety procedures.
While championing company values, responsibilities, the role becomes the mentor/resource for the specifically assigned property.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
