As a manager, you’ll oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure that our teams bring incredible food and amazing experiences to the table. Our Managers must have a thorough understanding of restaurant operations and provide both leadership and strategic direction within the restaurant. Our managers must be chef-driven, as our food is prepared from-scratch daily in high volume kitchens.

The specific knowledge, skill and ability requirements associated with your role include:

• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Must understand the hospitality industry and work with energy and enthusiasm
• Minimum 2 years as a manager in a full service restaurant with a minimum sales volume of 3 million
• Proven record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking
• Must be dependable, reliable, and motivated with an attention to detail
• Learning and adhering to our principles of guest service and quality standards
• Organizing, planning and prioritizing your work and and the work of other team members
• Ability to coordinate team members to achieve a common goal
• Dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations while maintaining composure
• Utilizing personal integrity and basic math skills to handle money in a responsible manner
• Issuing and understanding written and verbal communication using English
• Performing physical activities such as reaching, grasping, lifting up to 50lbs, balancing, stooping and standing for long periods
