We are looking for an experienced Manual Machinist for one of our trusted shops in Danville, IL on a Direct Hire basis. Looking for at least 1-5 years’ experience on both a Manual Mill and/or manual Lathe.
The Ideal Candidate will have the following:
Experience using metal cut saws.
Operate manual lathes and mills.
Need to have previous shop experience.
Machining of various materials, steels, aluminum, brass, cooper, plastic and man-made materials.
Sets up zero and reference points, offsets, compensation, calculating requirements, including basic math, and geometry.
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
