Key Accountabilities/Essential Functions:

• 
  Work with plastic molded parts.
• Remove plastic molded parts from injection molding machines.
• Load inserts into the mold.
• Trim flash from the part.
• Regular attendance.

Other Position Duties:

• Remove plastic from the parts.
• Assist in end of shift and plant clean up.
• Accurately report good parts and rejects.
• Fill out forms (Build Records, Reject Slip etc.)
• Sign work order (responsible for understanding the job you are working on.)
• Conduct quality control inspections.
• Perform other finishing operations such as drilling, gluing, etc.
• Package parts making an accurate count of parts packed, and verify the contents.
• Read and understand the binder for the job you are working on.
• Work in a safe manner.
• Able to work in a clean room environment.
• May handle several types of glues or chemicals.
• Follow instructions both verbal and written.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• The ability to follow oral and written instructions and to understand, speak and read English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision.
• Must be proficient in counting and math.

Available Shifts:

• Day 7:00am - 3:30pm M-F
• Swing 3:00pm - 11:30pm M-F
• Graveyard 11:00pm - 7:30am M-F
• Weekend Day 7:00am - 7:30pm Sat/Sun
• Weekend Graveyard 7:00pm - 7:30am Sat/Sun
