Manufacturing Maintenance Manager Job at Lacks Enterprises, Inc
Ensures the plant equipment and machinery are running and properly maintained. Coordinates the activities of the maintenance team members.
Evaluates all areas form continuous improvement and cost savings.
Directs activities of contract workers.
Safety engagement and leadership a must.
Ensures all safety work orders are completed immediately.
Monitors plant and troubleshoots maintenance related issues.
Generates MERs, quotes and works with Purchasing Dept. to ensure delivery and installation of all capital equipment.
Mechanically and Electrical competency.
Leadership and Strong Team Management skills.
Associates, Tech School and or 5 years related experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,255.00 - $90,867.00 per year
