RFA Engineering (www.rfamec.com) is seeking candidates to be part of our engineering team at our customer's facility in Fort Worth, TX. As a member of our team, the selected candidate will work with our engineering staff and our customer's staff to support the production of off-road equipment. Our customer's facility is a world-class engineering and manufacturing center.

Manufacturing Project Engineer

Job Description

• Design & develop returnable/expendable packaging for piece parts & finished component shipping.
• Containment, optimization, protection & supply chain function.
• Packaging cost reduction
• Validate new packaging
• Identify Safety Failure Modes

Requirements

• Bachelors of Science in Engineering, Packaging, MET or Industrial Technology
• Demonstrates a strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience in a production environment working with cross functional teams
• Experience in applying Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools and Lean Sigma Methodology.
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis
• Problem solving skills and attention to detail

• AutoCAD
