Work Schedule: Monday - Wednesday and every other Thursday; 5:00pm to 5:00am; Night Shift.

• Training will be on the Day Shift crew during the week.

Job Overview for the Manufacturing Supervisor:

The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production team at the facility. You will be the Go-To person for everything on your shift. You will possess a sense of urgency that helps drive your crew to run efficiently while maintaining focus on Safety and Quality. We cut and CNC bend tubing. Most parts will either get fittings on the ends brazed, orbitally flared or both. You will need to have some level of mechanical ability in order to learn how to set-up and run or parts throughout the shop. There is also a component of this job that requires comfort working in an ERP system. We utilize Epicor 10 here. You will spend a considerable amount of time in that system ensuring that the data entered by the Operators is correct before closing production jobs. • Learn what a good part looks like so you can make acceptable judgement calls
• Keep your crew working – not looking for a task master because that’s not our culture here. We do need someone who doesn’t shy away from the occasional need to get people back to work in a professional manner
• Our Operators report all of their activity directly to our ERP system. The Manufacturing Supervisor must review all of those entries and correct mistakes
• Work with the front office to get the hottest jobs done first
• Keep the shop clean
• Develop positive relationships – We spend a lot of time together here and we need to get along
• Continuous Improvement - Once you understand how we do things, we expect you to help us improve

Qualifications/Requirements for the Manufacturing Supervisor:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Sense of urgency in fast paced environment
• Solid judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Requires ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
• Must be able to use and read tape measures and digital calipers
• Ability to apply basic math skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
