We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Marine Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for boats and possess a strong mechanical aptitude. As a Marine Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all types of marine engines, electrical and hydraulic systems, and related equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on all types of marine engines, including outboards, inboards, and diesel engines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on boats, including steering, propulsion, and electrical systems.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used, time spent, and any additional repairs needed.
• Communicate with boat owners and other team members to ensure that repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

About You:

• 1+ years experience as a marine mechanic
• Knowledge of marine engines, electrical and hydraulic systems, and related equipment.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
