Chevron Denali Express, Alaska’s premier locally owned and operated retail network, is seeking a dynamic, creative and experienced Marketing/Administrative Coordinator to join its growing team.

The ideal candidate has a passion for project management, multi-tasking, is high energy and likes to get involved.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • To create, produce and/or procure signage as required to support various marketing programs throughout the retail network
  • To assist with hiring process; screening applications, conducting background checks, facilitating the flow of employment paper work and initial computer training for new hires.
  • To assist with fulfillment projects
  • To assist with the development and ongoing maintenance of the Denali Express Peak Rewards customer loyalty program
  • To generate velocity, fleet data, and required reconciliation reports as required throughout the year to assist with the ongoing marketing effort of retail network
  • To participate in vendor meetings and to conduct research as necessary to support current and future marketing initiatives
  • To assist with the management, development and oversite of various digital platforms
  • To participate in various community relations/marketing efforts
  • Other duties as assigned to support the network’s sales and marketing efforts

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years documented relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Track record showing ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects while meeting and/or exceeding project expectations and deadlines.
  • Fully computer literate (Microsoft Office/Outlook/Excel/Word and Illustrator)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, reliable, and professional in demeanor
  • Ability to work both independently and on a team
  • Experience with various digital platforms is preferred, but not required
