A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MARKETING AND SALES ASSISTANT

As a Marketing and Sales Assistant, you are a crucial point of contact for our customers. With a friendly attitude, you answer and process phone calls, providing information for the caller or forwarding them to the appropriate person. You also make weekly calls to customers in progress and record your conversations, providing essential updates on all of our ongoing projects.

In addition to working with customers directly, you help grow our business by supporting our sales process. You organize leads, keeping detailed information on all prospective customers. You also sit in on meetings, taking notes and learning the ropes of our business so that you can better sell our services. Your satisfaction comes from working with a great team and helping us reach more people!
